Accounts and submissions
INTHATPACK uses Shopify for this website and customer accounts. When you submit a request, we use the contact details and explanation you provide to process your request and respond where needed. A nomination or submission does not automatically result in recognition.
What becomes public
An account does not automatically become a public profile. A personal profile is published only after your choice to publish. A public record may contain the display name, category, precise claim, registration code and assessment date. Supporting documents do not belong in a public profile.
Confidential information
Do not send identity documents, bank details, bank statements or other confidential documents through the forms. Describe your request first. We will then discuss what supporting evidence is appropriate.
Newsletter and your choices
Subscribing to the newsletter is a separate choice. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. To request access, correction or deletion, or ask a question about your information, use the contact form or contact inthatpack@gmail.com.
